Sea Captain's House # 1 - Sag Harbor

Sag Harbor lacks nothing when it comes to old, port town character. This historic home was in need of a serious and thoughtful renovation, and we took it further to add a rear extension stepping down off the original, Egyptian Revival home. This special property abuts two others in the rear, one on Amity Street, where we restored an old Guest House, and the other off Concord Street, where a new pool is now situated, all creating a quasi-compound near downtown Sag. Interiors by David Kleinberg.
